As the Northern Hemisphere approaches its longest day at the June Solstice, it is interesting to note that the Sun remains in a period of intense activity. In early February 2026 Earth saw over 50 flares emitted in a single burst from the Sun, including a powerful X8.3 flare, the strongest recorded so far. See more on this below…
Mars enters the Sacred Hoop on June 28 and is there until the September Equinox reaching the center of the Hoop on August 11, 2026.
Mercury goes retrograde on June 29 on the same day Jupiter enters Leo (stay tuned for a Video about Jupiter in Leo). I have had numerous insights about Mercury and the challenges we may have in communicating if we aren’t aware of different communication styles. I have been creating content around this for several years and it feels timely to share this again as I have found one of the times communication can go awry is when Mercury is Retrograde.
Here is an insightful look at Mercury Communication Challenges when What You Heard Isn’t What I Meant!

St John’s Day every June 24th Why?
Solar Intensity
According to Astronomers the Sun remains in a period of intense activity. In early February 2026 saw over 50 solar flares emitted in a single burst, including a powerful X8.3 flare, the strongest recorded so far. Scientists utilize machine learning models predicting high flare probabilities and warn of additional windows of heightened danger continuing into 2026 and 2027.
Scientists studying nearly 50 years of solar activity data say there is a heightened risk for extremely powerful solar eruptions known as “superflares” — events capable of disrupting satellites, power grids and communications systems, and potentially endangering astronauts.
The research, published in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics, proposes a forecasting system for “S-class” solar flares, defined as solar eruptions exceeding X10 intensity on the standard scale.
The biggest solar flare recorded so far in 2026 is a massive X8.3-class solar flare on Feb. 1. Article HERE and MORE HERE
Solar cycles and their activity play an intimate part in the unfoldment of human consciousness…
Solar flares can cause some people to be nervous, anxious, worrisome, jittery, irritable, lethargic, to have short term memory loss, to feel nauseous, queasy, and have prolonged head pressure or headaches. They can also cause trouble with the radio, phone, Internet, computers, and all forms of communication—both human and technological.
Solar activity can also be stimulating, invigorating, illuminating, and create a heightened sense of awareness, and it can enhance vision and creativity tremendously. It especially stimulates the pineal gland in the brain, our center of vision and creativity. The pineal gland is a “neuroendocrine transducer” that converts gravitational-magnetic signals into chemical hormonal responses that control, via the hypothalamus, the pituitary gland.
The pituitary is the master control center of the brain that governs the rest of the neurological system. This information expresses into the cellular structure of the individual—essentially into the molecular matrix of the cell in a “DNA Illumination Sequence” that is responsible for our evolutionary awakening. The pituitary is the administrative seat controlling cellular memory, and hence, the remembrance / emergence of our true selves.
Heightened solar activity means more light photons are present and that increases the vibrational energy of the Earth and our whole solar system. Scientists now know that our physical bodies are made up of light photons, therefore, we are affected by the increased light energy coming to the Earth. How we are affected depends on where we are mentally, emotionally and physically. The intent of the increasing light is to clear denser energy and to raise our personal vibration to match the incoming frequencies.
How you respond to this will also depend on what personal initiation cycles you are experiencing as these cycles are also about raising personal vibration. For those who are already in personal transformational cycles, the Solar radiation can boost and intensify that process heightening intuitive awareness and/or physical exhaustion.
This article on the Solar Maximum has some great tips on how to navigate the intensified light energy https://cayelincastell.com/solar-radiation/
Stars worth noting in the June Night Sky
The bright red star Betelguese (in Orion) is not visible as it is with the Sun – Exact on June 18.
The opposite time of year is the best time to see this star, but this is a great time to tune in to receive the light codes being beamed our way via the Sun.
This month the Milky Way is seen lying flat around the horizon so not clearly visible unless you look up to the Northeast highest part in Cygnus the Swan. However this position of the Milky Way gives us the sense of the Plane of the Galaxy when looking Northeast toward Cygnus, Galactic Center is to your right.
Last month the Milky Way was lying flat around the horizon so it was barely visible. The Summer Triangle is prominent now with the fixed star Deneb, the tail of Cygnus the Swan in the path of the Milky Way. Cygnus points toward the direction our Galaxy is moving. Vega, in the constellation of Lyra and was the pole star 13,000 years ago.
This is an ideal time to go out and look up at the Summer Triangle and open to receive downloads and insights from these prominent stars.
What are you seeing? Hearing? Sensing?
How are these stars guiding you toward your divine destiny?
Altair marks the eagle’s eye and currently is at 1 Aquarius attuning to the BIG picture.
Vega is where Jody Foster goes in the movie Contact and as the brightest star in the constellation of Lyra eems to have links to the vibrational power of sound. Deneb is the tail of the swan but also looks like the hilt of the sword – perhaps the sword of truth? The idea is to find out what it means for you and not necessarily what you have been told it is. This is about opening to receive your own guidance and inspiration from these and all the stars in the our night sky.
Also prominent this month is the constellation of the Priestess (a.k.a. Virgo) containing seven main stars. The most visible star in this group is the brightbluish white star Spica, meaning “spike of grain.” Higher in the sky and a bit to the right of Spica is the star Denebola, the lion’s tail in the constellation a.k.a. Leo.
Also visibile are the star triangles, Spica, Arcturus and Denebola AND Spica, Arcturus and Regulus. If you follow a direct line from Spica to the upper left you will see the bright red star Arcturus. These three stars Arcturus, Denebola, and Spica form the Spring Triangle best viewed from April to June
Plus, we have the perfect 30-60-90 degree triangle formed by Arcturus, Spica and Regulus (the heart of the lion). Look East/Southeast to spot both triangles.
There are sacred sites around the world that are aligned with certain stars. The Washington, D.C. capitol is one (it is primarily aligned with Sirius), as is Rennes-le-Chateau, in France, and many other sites around the world.
The location of Rennes-le-Chateau corresponds to the 72-degree position of the Sun rise from true North that takes place on August 15 as described by John K. Young, Ph.D. in his book, Sacred Sites of the KnightsTemplar, Ancient Secrets Hidden in Stonehenge, Rennes-le-Chateau and Santiago De Compostela.
Because Rennes-le-Chateau is at the perfect latitude to capture the sunrise line pointing to the Stellar Triangle,* and to align with at least five other sites at 72 degree angles, as part of perfectly formed, five-pointed star with each point exactly 72 degrees apart from each other; this site was purposely chosen as a acred connection between Earth and Sky.
*A note about The Stellar Triangle: In his book, Young further points out that Regulus forms a perfect 30-60-90 degree right triangle with Spica (in the constellation of the Virgin Priestess) and Arcturus (in the constellation of Bootes). Young suggests that the Feast Day of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary was most likely chosen because of the stellar connection of Regulus with Spica and Arcturus, and its connection to the Sun rise location of 72 degrees North at certain northern latitudes occurring around August 15.
Arcturus and Spica are two stars linked together zodiacally at 24° Libra. These two stars are powerful symbols of the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine. The Tarot Cards depict the constellation of the Virgin Priestess holding the Scales of Justice in her hand. In the tarot cards where the Goddess of Justice is holding the scales is symbolically where Spica is located in the sky, just above the constellation of The Scales.
Arcturus is the fourth brightest star in our sky and is located in the constellation of Bootes, the Herdsman (where the meteor shower is this month), and has associations as the faithful guardian, protector, and companion of the Goddess. This describes how the masculine and feminine principles are different in their expression; but they play equally valid and important roles in the grand scheme of things.
We must assume behind this force (of reality) is the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This Mind is the matrix of all matter.
Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature.
And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are part of nature
and therefore part of the mystery that we are trying to solve. ~Max Planck
Consciousness is defined in many ways and there are different states of consciousness we experience. There are waking, sleeping, dreaming and meditative states of conscious that often transcend our experience of this reality. There is also a collective consciousness that exists in addition to our personal awareness of our thoughts, feelings and surroundings. And there is the ultimate state known as pure consciousness that underlies our entire reality. The following is a good way to understand the state of pure consciousness.
There is a central psychospiritual state of consciousness for which there is now adequate scientific evidence that the experience of it is healthy, life enhancing, and promotes development. It is pure consciousness. Several other transpersonal experiences can be understood as clustering in some way around or leading to this central experience.
But what is pure consciousness (PC)? Alexander, Chandler and Boyer (1990) define PC as “a silent state of inner wakefulness with no object of thought or perception (p. 1).” They hold that it is conditioned not simply by cultural or intellectual elements, but by fundamental psychophysiological conditions which are universally available across cultures. Qualities of this state are implicated in their expanded definition:
If pure consciousness is without content, it would be nonchanging because there is no content in it that could change. It would be simple because without content, there are no parts. It would be completely one, having no diversity of content. It would be self-referring, because there is nothing other than itself to refer to or know. It would be unbounded because there is no bounded content of awareness to engage or limit awareness. http://www.spiritwatch.ca/cehsc/ipure.htm
In this middle world reality we can access expanded states of consciousness and even transcend to experience pure consciousness. The best way to do this is through the gifts of our heart/mind connection. We are currently living in a time of rapidly evolving consciousness and current celestial events are helping to further that process.
