I love the 4th of July because my oldest son, Ryan, was born on this day in 1982 in the early morning hours before dawn. Over the years I have shared a lot about Independence Day in the Celestial Timings. I have collected some of it and am sharing it here.

In 1776, the 4th of July marked a conscious intention that was set into motion by the Declaration of Independence proclaiming Independence, not just for the emerging United States of America, but ultimately as an example for all people everywhere. It was a powerful intent that has yet to be fulfilled and it seems we are further from fulfilling that intent than ever before.

This is written in such a way that it describes supporting freedom and liberty as the right of every individual on the planet. Unfortunately, this has never really happened for all people and though progress has been made in some ways, there are many events that have taken place that are far from that reality.

However, it is important to remember, The Declaration of Independence is a powerful intentional document. From one perspective it helps to remember that when a powerful intent is declared, everything and anything NOT in alignment with that intent will surface so it can be transformed. If we look at the state of the world now, we see massive expressions of greed, and inhumane desire for power over others that has ultimately been manifesting in one form or another for the past 242 years ever since this intent was put into motion.

The second paragraph of the Declaration sums up the main essence and intention:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (and women) are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men (and women), deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Declaration of IndependenceThe intent of those who formed this Declaration was to create a divinely inspired government that supported all the people, not just the wealthy, self-serving elite groups. This Declaration states we are all created equal, no matter where we live, and every human being has the same rights. In essence the wording of this document declares all life is sacred all around the planet.

Here at the Turning of the Ages, it is time for us to unite as a global community honoring and respecting each other and all life on our beloved Earth.

The last line of the Declaration of Independence is profound, addressing the commitment of the signers. “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” 

The strength of this commitment provided the pathway for the United States of America to gain its freedom and independence in spite of impossible odds. In fact it was a miracle that a so-called “rag tag” band of settlers were able to win independence from the well armed British.

The signers of this declaration though long dead are still committed to this intent and we can call on them for help and assistance in supporting its manifest reality. Now is the time to ask ourselves, what is our personal and collective commitment to living and experiencing the fulfillment of this declaration including equality of rights, peace, prosperity and freedom for everyone here and now?

Are we open to further envisioning and claiming the miracle of fulfilling the destiny of the United States of America that was set into motion 240 years ago?

So What is Up With Sirius Star Magic

In 1776 on the 4th of July the Sun was  aligned with Sirius the brightest fixed star in our sky. This was purposely planned to bring in the energies of this star as Independence was being declared.

Sirius was perhaps the most important star to the Egyptians because when it rose in the morning sky before the Sun it signaled the annual rise of the Nile river. “Contrary to other rivers, [the Nile] begins its annual swelling in the hottest time of the year, at the beginning of the Dog Days, that is, at the moment when Sirius rises at the same time as the Sun, a date which during the third millennium BC coincided with the summer solstice.” ~ Lucy Lamie, Egyptian Mysteries

The Sun with Sirius alchemically activates this star gate – opening the doorway to many multi-dimensional realms including our starry origins.

…Entrusted with the wisdom and knowledge of an earlier and now forgotten civilization, the Ancient Egyptians believed that Sirius held the key to the destiny of their world, and to their own personal immortality.

Their beliefs were based on a series of texts, already ancient in their time, which described special “Star Medicines” that resonated with the energy of Sirius and were capable of transforming their bodies into a higher immortal form.

In the “Maxims of Ptahotep”, we are all urged, “Follow the Heart for as long as you live”, for it is this organ that retains the greatest sensitivity to the harmonizing, archetypal forces of Sirius, it becomes our “listening place”, for the Sirian/Isian message of Eternal Love, Knowledge, and Understanding. (I originally had a link to where this quote came from but it no longer works)

From Early July to the September Equinox the light codes from Sirius amp up and are worth tuning into even though Sirius is invisible until early August.

The the dog days of summer currently begin around June 25 and last until August 11 with the exact Sun conjunction to Sirius happening on July 5 or 6. Sirius rises before the Sun around August 7. This is due to precession that shifts the seasonal dates through the constellations moving one degree every 72 years.

The term “the dog days of summer” comes to us from different cultures that recognized the time when the Sun was with Sirius, also known as the “Dog Star”.

Sun and Sirius

Many ancient cultures describe Sirius as a dog or wolf. The ancient Chinese saw this star as a heavenly wolf. In Sumeria, Babylonia and Chaldea (present day Iraq) Sirius was known as the “Dog Star that Leads,” or it was called the “Star of the Dog.” In Assyria, this star was called the “Dog of the Sun.” In ancient Akkadia, it was the “Dog Star of the Sun.” Clearly Sirius has been viewed by many cultures as a Dog Star. http://www.constellationsofwords.com/stars/Sirius.html

“Dog days” is the name for the sultriest period of summer, from about July 3 to August 11. Named in early times by observers in countries bordering the Mediterranean, the period was reckoned as extending from 20 days before to 20 days after the conjunction of Sirius (a.k.a the dog star) and the Sun….The time of conjunction varies with difference in latitude, and because of the precession of the equinoxes it changes gradually over long periods in all latitudes. http://www.infoplease.com/spot/dogdays.html

Sirius is a Behenian Star and when the Sun is with Sirius it opens the doorway to this star gate so we can access the wisdom found in many multi-dimensional realms Sirius and the Sun illuminate. This includes the knowledge and remembrance of our starry origins. From now until the September Equinox the light codes from Sirius are amping up and are worth tuning into even though Sirius will not be visible in the morning sky until about August 7th each year.

  1. Cayelin, Your post on Sirius is so appreciated. I added Sirius to my charts about a year ago and find I learn a lot about what’s happening in our star system as Sirius and the planets and points interact. You probably know that Sirius has been and continues in a grand trine with Jupiter and Neptune at this time. I follow a teaching that states that Sirius is the star that informs our own Sun, and represents the energies of wisdom and compassion.
