On September 17, 2020 there was a Perigee New Moon at 25 Virgo on the 233 year anniversary of the signing of the Constitution.
On 17 September 2022 Venus and the Sun returned near the same sign and degree of the USA signing of the constitution. This is an underworld Venus return for the USA Constitution at the 235 anniversay of implementing the intent for the USA government during the Pluto return on the USA chart. On September 17, 2024 there is a Full Moon at 25° Pisces again emphasizing the importance of the implementing of this document now 237 years ago.

September 17, 1787 the approved Constitution was signed by thirty-nine delegates from twelve states (all but Rhode Island). Delegate John Dickinson, was ill and not present, so he had George read and sign his name by proxy.
George Washington, as president of the convention, was the first to sign it. The other delegates signed by state in strict congressional voting order. Washington, however, signed near the right margin, and so when the delegates ran out of space beneath his signature, they began a second column of signatures to the left.
Jackson, the convention secretary, also signed as a witness.
2020 and Beyond
In 2020 and again in 2024 on September 17 at the Virgo New Moon our attention is drawn to this significant anniversary as we contemplate the state of not only the United States but the entire world.

In the book, The Millennium Myth, Love and Death at the End of Time, the author Michael Gross describes the beginnings of the United States as being founded on the high ideals and principles of equality for all people. The reality is this vision and these ideals have never happened or manifested for WE THE PEOPLE
.
The vision of equality for all people as an archetypal expression is similar to a Golden Age, and that possibility seems further away than ever. The desire for freedom, including spiritual freedom, and the right to a government that serves ALL the people has been corrupted by those who can buy our politicians and thus control our government for their own ends.
“…the movement of the Myth (in the United States) has been from theocracy to democracy, from frugality to consumerism, from severity to comfortableness, from communitarian self-sacrifice to preoccupation with the Gross National Product. In other words, when people talk about the American dream nowadays, they are thinking more of comfort, convenience, secure jobs, home and manicured lawns, and all the rest of modern amenities.”
The original American dream and Intention as described in the Declaration of Independence and essentially in the constitution as well – was about Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness when happiness referred to the state of the soul or spiritual fulfillment. Now Happiness seems to be collectively defined by material wealth often gained at the expense of others by those who are primarily – or only – concerned about their bottom line.

As described above we can see that the constitution included statements like: We the People and a more Perfect Union, Justice, Domestic Tranquility, Blessings of Liberty now and for future generations. Over time it seems the United States has moved further and further away from the fulfillment of that intent.
It is time We the People hold ourselves accountable to this original vision and take action that supports true fulfillment of this wondrous intent – where the Earth and ALL people are considered important and valued.

It is time this beautifully written intention be honored and acted on so that each of us experience this intent within – so we can then see it being reflected in the greater collective – insuring domestic tranquility, justice, the general welfare and the blessings of liberty.

This is awesome Cayelin… So happy you posted this… as myself and some friends have been thinking about this anniversary for a little while now and decided to begin big ceremonies on this New Moon of September 17th, 2020 and to focus on the constitution… we are doing ceremony along the East Coast, in Santa Fe, Serpent Mound, Sedona and Maine… We so need to all join together as WE THE PEOPLE!! I just LOVE what you wrote and 100% resonate with it! THANK YOU!!! <3 <3 <3 May we all focus our prayers and sacred intentions for the beautiful original intentions of the constitution to be restored.
