2022 Features two Partial Solar Eclipses
April 30 and October 25.
2023 and 2024 Features 1 Total Solar Eclipse
and 1 Annular Eclipse
An Annular Solar Eclipse has many of the same features as a Total Solar Eclipse but instead of completely blocking out the light of the Sun so it feels like night, a Ring of Fire remains around the edge of the Sun as pictured below. The Ring of Fire brings to mind a cauldron of fire – an alchemy through transformation that represents ALL that must be burned before something new can birth.
This Ring of Fire occurs due to the fact that the Moon is far from the Earth so the Moon appears smaller from the Earth’s perspective and is not quite big enough to create a total solar eclipse. Hence the disc of the Moon creates a ring of fire covering all but the outer edges of the Sun.
See mythic story below that describes the ring of fire under Heading of the Norse Goddess Brunhild and in this video.

Experiencing a Total Solar Eclipse is life altering spinning around our sense of night and day as the barometric pressure drops and shifts our sense of reality. Having had the experience in 2017 I feel I have been forever changed as a result and now totally understand the obsession of Total Solar Eclipse chasers around the planet comes from.
Jumping to a New Timeline
Time is an illusion that shifts with our perception. There are many possibilities for experiencing time that exist simultaneously. Here I wrote a brief piece about a time portal I experienced in 2007 in France. It wasn’t the first time I had this experience but it was profound.
How to Change Time?
As far as I know at this point (in time) navigating time is an individual journey that we each discover for ourselves. A place to begin is to have a strong desire and a strong intent. Asking time related questions about the nature of time and your own relationship with time is also helpful because when we ask questions answers always come.
The challenge is in asking the right questions. In the The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean, Thoth clearly wanted to know about the mysteries of time and he questioned the Master (the divine part of himself, his higher self) by asking the questions in his heart, he found himself on the path to discovering and living the answers. More about the questions Thoth asked are at this link
Time changes not, but all things change in time.
~The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean
This is because we consider Time as the force that keeps things in their proper place, keeps them separated. We are the ones moving through time, and when we explore what Time means to us we can then find the place beyond time where we are all connected, we are all one.
A time related question worthy of inquiry: Does Time Change You or Do You Change Time? Or is it both?
Using Our Imagination
Having an active and vivid imagination is also helpful in imaging your travels through time and the timeline you want to experience. It seems to be helpful for those who desire to master the mystereis of time to practice Lucid Dreaming, Meditation, Journeying, Being In Nature, and visually connecting with the Night Sky.
When you learn the mysteries of the Night Sky you learn a tool for Time Traveling
and that is helpful in consciously jumping timelines as t.s. elliot describes in the poem below.
Time past and time future
Allow but a little consciousness.
To be conscious is not to be in time
But only in time can the moment in the rose-garden,
The moment in the arbour where the rain beat,
The moment in the draughty church at smokefall
Be remembered; involved with past and future.
Only through time – time is conquered.
Even those who don’t know an Eclipse or Eclipse window is taking place have described their experience as an odd feeling, or being out-of-body feeling. This is due in part to how both Total Solar and Lunar eclipses have the effect of accelerating our experience of time.
Totality falls along a specific line and you must be somewhere inside that line of totality to have the total Solar Eclipse experience. Otherwise, for those watching the eclipse near the line of Totality it is only possible to see part of the Eclipse and how much you see depends on where you are.
The link below is to a great YouTube from astrologer Dale O’Brien detailing historic events that have occurred in the past when Eclipses have been visible from the United States along with thoughts about what might happen with this eclipse. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3J-ozICqqw
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken:
The Crownless again shall be king
To me this stanza describes a Total Solar Eclipse, as the Moon moves across the face of the Sun blocking the Sun’s light, the flowers close up, the birds stop singing as if it is night. Then a second day begins as the light returns – springing forth from behind the black Moon, (as the light from the shadow springs) reconnecting us to our divinity or as Tolkein described it – the crownless again reclaim their true divinity, through healthy self-love.
Some years ago at the time of another Total Solar Eclipse I rewrote this stanza for the feminine.
From the Ashes a Fire Shall Be Woken,
A Light from the Shadows Shall Gleam;
Renewed shall be All that was Broken:
The Crownless Again Shall Be Queen.
The Great American Total Solar Eclipse that occurred Monday, August 21, 2017 was the first total solar eclipse to cross the continental United States from coast to coast in nearly 100 years the last one was in 1918 and also passed over the Bahamas.
PLUS, this was also the first time a Total Solar Eclipse passed exclusively over the USA since 1257, a good 760 years ago and 519 years before the United States became a country. NASA eclipse Map of 1257.
There is a total Solar Eclipse April 08, 2024 crossing Mexico, Canada, and Central America – as well as the USA but not from Coast to Coast. Map of 2024 Eclipse HERE
January 25, 2316 is the next time a Total Solar Eclipse exclusively passes over the the USA. 299 years from now.
